The demand for greater digital capabilities at retail locations, paired with the need for shopper efficiency, prompted Simon to implement Mappedin’s platform, enhancing the overall shopping experience. Simon’s regional Malls, Mills, and Premium Outlets now offer a fully-integrated solution provided by Mappedin, inclusive of optimized search functionality, efficient turn-by-turn navigation, and an easy to manage platform enabling real-time updates. Mappedin’s 3D digital maps can be found on Simon’s website and are currently in select in-mall digital directories, enabling shoppers to easily search, discover, and navigate.
